Otterburn Lodges
All our lodges are equipped with a private hot tub for 6 set on the raised decked balcony, perfect for looking at the stars, as this National Park is awarded the largest Dark Sky Park in Europe. Located just under a mile from the centre of Otterburn, which has a mill shop, café and village shop and is ideal to explore the Northumberland National Park, Keilder Forest and observatory and the Northumberland Heritage Coast.
Outdoor pursuits are a huge attraction in the area and a favourite location for walkers and adventure seekers, and is perfect for exploring the whole of this friendly and unspoilt county. Nearby Bellinghamhas a choice of tea rooms, pubs and village shops.
A trip to Alnwick with its famous castle and the Northumberland Heritage Coast peppered with castles and beaches makes a fine day out. Hadrian’s Wall is easily accessible and steeped in history with Roman forts and museums along the way. The market towns of Rothbury and Hexham have plenty of pubs and shops, bistros and restaurants. Unfortunately no dogs are allowed in The Retreat & The Escape, however, The Secret lodge is dog friendly.
Reivers Rest Lodge was completely renovated in 2018, with a private hot tub on the raised south-facing decking and backs onto the woodland in the top corner of the lodge park, with walks directly from the door. With a fully renovated restaurant on site, the lodge is less than a mile from the centre of the village of Otterburn, on the very edge of the Northumberland National Park.

Finished in 2019, Little Fawn is a detached single-storey lodge with a modern design making a great base to explore the Northumberland National Park and beyond. Relax on the raised decked area in the private hot tub after a day out, on a nice evening it is perfect for stargazing as the lodge is on the edge of the National Park, an internationally recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and highly acclaimed International Dark Sky Park.
Little Fawn sleeps 6 people, has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 hot tub and is pet friendly.
Leafy Run is a contemporary style lodge with a hot tub, and has a peaceful decked area. Decorated to a very high standard, and slightly smaller than its sister lodge, Leafy Retreat (ref UKC2663) it has high spec granite worktops in the kitchen, built-in bedroom furniture and lovely bathrooms.
